I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Invitation to meet and talk with multiple managers and everyone had to weigh in to ensure that the candidate is the right choice for the position. consensus driven process that was long drawn out but helpful to the employer.
I had an interview with the hiring manager and she moved me to the next round. In the next round, I interviewed with someone who asked me about experiences that weren’t mentioned in the job description and which I didn’t have. So the interview went quickly. I wasn’t surprised to not move forward but I didn’t hear back at all, which was not appreciated after having gone through a couple of rounds of interviews.
Questions were typical and I only went through a few rounds. First met with the HR recruiter then with the hiring manager. After I passed their interviews I then met with the VP.

Interview
Very friendly, extremely professional, had multiple panel interviews with at least 5 members per panel.
They seem like a good team, they were bouncing off of each other's questions, so it's best to be prepared.
