I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Portland, OR) in Jan 2013
Interview
From time of application to interview it was a month and a couple of weeks. Interviewers asked basic behavioral questions. Job description was not conducive to the work they expected the PM to perform. They wanted a business analyst, not a Sr. PM responsible for ICD-10 end to end testing. From the time of application to 1st day of work it was almost 2 months as they have a minimum of 3 weeks for on-boarding new folks.

KP IT HR Recruiter was very knowledgeable about the position they were screening and interviewing for. The next steps process post the initial phone, screening interview was thoroughly and clearly explained. The recruiter was an advocate for matching the applicant skills to the position requirements ensuring a good fit for the company and the applicant. A very positive experience.

How do I handle multiple concurrent projects?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Walnut Creek, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
Was direct and quick. My Director was a rare breed - made a decision quickly and then moved fast to fill the position. Most other interviews I've heard of at Kaiser (or experienced) will drag out for extended periods, with feedback seeming to imply that many managers have trouble making decisions quickly. My Director was fantastic, definitive, and was a great person to work for.
