I responded to an online ad. A week later I received a phone call to set up an interview. It was with 2 pharmacy managers, was relaxed, with typical questions such as why should we hire you - what makes you different? HR sent an email rejection a week later.

Group interview with 20+, you must stand out to be selected for final one on one interview with managers , I believe about 8 of us got selected. Very intimidating interview, just try your hard best not to be shy and stand out.

The interview process was supposed to be a group interview with a panel of three interviewers. However, it ended up just being me and the three interviewers. So, my experience was a little bit intimidating.

They asked questions about strengths, weaknesses, leadership, handling stressful environments, and they had me complete a timed math assessment.
