They called me the next day with a brief phone interview and then scheduled an in person interview. I had two individual interviews with two supervisors. The second supervisor I met with told me the pay and benefits offered with the position. I received a call two days later from the recruitment offering me the position.

It was easy with a few pre selected questions asked. Very strong emphasis on applicable questions that deal with call center related scenarios. Overall not too bad and aligns with call center role related questions.
