A 3 step process - HR, Director followed by a Peer interview. Applied for 2 separate jobs and The HR team was terrific in both cases. In one the interview with the director went great but was up against a Peer team that was not upto the mark. Very cynical and it was clear that they did not possess the experience to do justice to their roles. Their bad feedback denied my case. In the second one - did not get thro' the initial interview with the director. Went on expected lines except for one Q that didn't meet expectations.. including mine. That probably settled it against my favor. No complaints though. I probably deserved it for not being ready for it.
