The interview process was smooth. I spoke with a few people and everyone was friendly. The entire interview was about 30-40 minutes long. They asked a variety of behavioral and typical traditional questions. Then they spend some time discussing the position further.
They ask various, random clinical and behavioral questions. First interview is casual screening, the second interview is panel with manager and providers. Takes around 45 minutes-1 hr and conducted over video.
