Interview process had 1 phone screening and 2 rounds of panel interviews with staff PT and director. Each interview lasted about 1 hour each. Each staff PT and director takes turn asking questions and you are given time to ask them questions as well.

Case study: go through the history collection, examination, and treatments for a patient with LBP.
There was 3 rounds of interviews. The managers were engaging throughout the interview which spoke a lot to how much they care to find a good fit for their company culture.

Was a great interview. Everyone was very nice. They took their time to ask appropriate questions and were able to answer all of my questions. Everything went as expected. They were very transparent about pay details as well.
Had an initial interview. It was quick and easy. Then there was a virtual one. Asked questions about my past work experience and my strengths and weaknesses. Also brought up different scenarios.
