Interview
It is a group interview and they will ask each person a different question passed out on notecards. You will stand and answer the question. They will ask part of the candidates to join them outside and then they thank them for interviewing and release them. The remaining candidates in the room will move onto the 2nd part of the interview which is a 1 on 1 interview with a supervisor. They will go over some routine questions and then let you know you will be hearing back from them soon to let you know if you got the job.

After completing the application they ask you to take an assessment test, then a video interview. After that they do a phone interview and then a group interview. The whole process can take quite a while.

If you are applying for a bilingual position be prepared to take a few assessments beforehand. The final interview is titled Meet and Greet, you hand them your resume and they take you around their call center and hospital. Everyone was very nice, but very informal in a group setting.
