Bias and felt like a setup instead of an interview I was glad it was over. The unit i interviewed for seemed non up beat and people looked unhappy and over worked
Multiple panel interview. Question consist of behavioral responses, interviewees responds with different scenarios. This is often an in person interview at the location where you will be hired or can also take place virtually.

Your ability to adapt challenging or difficult situations
I applied during covid. I was called back within a month maybe even less if I remember correctly. Did a phone interview asking about experience, why I picked kaiser, etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Riverside, CA) in Jan 2024

Extremely extensive, they go back into your work history from 8-10 years ago. They will ask for W2s from each job you held that match up with your resume & HS transcripts with diploma, make sure you have all of that ready. Extensive background check as well
