Application
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Columbia, MD) in Nov 2015
Interview
A phone interview was required first to make sure I understood the job opportunity an what was required.
A in person interview was required next with the Talent coordinator to ask basic questions about my background and qualifications and discuss the job in more detail of was is expected and the next steps in the interview process.
Was set up for a pane interview
I met informally with the prospective manager and we talked about the role and expectations. I had already spoken with the manager on many occasions, we had discussed a lot of things about the job and what it entailed, and she knew that I was finishing my degree so I could accept the job. I know she had already spoken with my current manager and my work performance was strong, so I guess she didn't feel the need to perform a formal interview.

Question 1
There really wasn't an interview, per se. I had bought a suit and was expecting a formal interview, but that didn't happen.
