I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I got called in for an interview for the Oakland location it was with the pharmacy manager and a hiring manager. Overall the questions were as expected (scenerio questions) and also after the verbal was a hands on counting cash in a cash register. You had to make the register balance out to an exact $200 I was not expecting that at all. Other then that it was ok. I got a call back the same day and got offered the job!

Question 1
1)If you had an irate customer upset how would you deal with him?
2) how would you describe your former manager?
3) if your manager could improve you on something what would that be?
Good overall and not too hard, a lot of situational questions. I felt like it was straight forward and not too hard to answer all the questions. I wouldn’t say it’s too difficult of an interview.

Interview
The interview process was frustrating to say the least. I initially applied for a front-end pharmacy clerk position, however during the interview they informed me the position that I was actually interviewing for was completely different and I feel like this played a role in me not being able to get the job as this role was dealing with handling discrepancies in the pharmacy position and dealing with stuff with working with the pharmacy techs as well. I was upset and frustrated that I didn't have the information at hand when I interviewed.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Fairfield, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
Recieved phone call from hiring manager to interview the next day as they were trying to get the process moving along. I accomodated and made it early on the requested day. 2 panel interview, very straightforward and non-personal.
