The interview is quite convenient as they dont ask much about your background and mainly focus on the reason why you applied for the. The iv itself was quite easy but they would leave you hung up on the result for a few month ( based on my experience) without any notice.

The managers do take a background check, since work in this company is only available once only, unless you resigned before with a good and reasonable excuse. They mostly ask about why you quit at the previous job, and what is the minimum wage for you. They also explained how they do the job and it does fairly easy to understand.
