I interviewed in person at the Chaoyang Campus. There was one foreign interviewer present and two other administrators. The questioning included hypotheticals about what to do in certain classroom situations, especially involving student discipline. The interviewers were helpful in informing me about the campus and program. An overall positive experience, but the job duties and compensation did not match up for me, so I believe we came to an understanding about that before the interview's end.
