Recruitment at Kaseya is plain rude. They reached out to me and when I returned their message to schedule an initial call they never got back. After several attempts to connect I was finally prompted with a rude response.
I guess the Glassdoor reviews reflect the type of culture pretty accurately if this is how the recruitment process starts.

They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
