Recruitment consists of 3 rounds (In Poland): initial call, technical interview and hiring manager call.
In initial call HR asks you about the background/experience. In the end HR also asks 3 questions to see if they can proceed with your application: JWT structure?; What is a binary tree?; Something about web security that I can't remember.
Then comes technical interview. They ask questions regarding JS, Security(mostly focused) and etc. Then there's a technical assignment. The technical part of the interview was a code review - I needed to review a Todo application (with React) and say what can be improved/removed/refactored and etc.
Last stage is getting a call by the hiring manager to discuss the offer.
