Very simple. They want to getters that are confident and learn quickly as the company is constantly adding new services and you must be able to know how to sale those services the same day they are announced

They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.
