Interview
There was a written test that tested editing skills and an interview round about different past work experience and so on. It was a friendly chat with one of the senior editors. But it took a while to hear back from them. Had to wait for at least a month.

it was an advt in newspaper and I applied directly and shortlisted for the interview round. There were two rounds 1st GD and 2nd technical and personal interview. 15 days After interview I got a call from HR that I have been selected. :)
