Pretty straightforward interview with a PPT slide deck thrown in explaining the graduate scheme in depth. Pay, relocation loans, etc.
The recruitment process, I am told, involves a 30-minute HR screening, an online assessment, and a 1hr presentation + case study with the HM and senior stakeholders.
I had to show right to work documents. At one point, I was told I had the "wrong accent" to live in the UK (I have a noticeably foreign accent). I managed to finish the interview but was taken aback by this.
