Went to recruit at my university where they had an exam, then three rounds of interviews. They have a class to prepare for case interviews and how to prepare your resume. Great office space and the people I met when visiting where friendly and helpful. First interview was a really laid back and friendly person, very respectful and had great interest in me as a person. In my second interview I got an argentinian that was preppy and snobby, told him the answer three times before he acknowledged it and told me to continue on with the case, on the phone feedback literally said "We won't continue with the process because you got stuck on the interviews, well just mine." Then hung up. During the interview this interviewer answered his cellphone and responded to various texts.
