one on one interview with consultant, then with partner in first round. case specific, not really much chit chat. second round was group case, individual presentation, 10 min creativity exercise, individual case, fit interview with partner. there was also a lunch with a few current employees and a short introductory presentation to the firm in the morning by one of the partners.

Interview
Two rounds of Case interviews. First round of unconventional case based on previous experience. Second round of profitability case with a twist in the end. Overall, the focus was on structured problem solving and culture fit rather than correct answer
4 rounds, classic case study interviews with behavioural questions. First two rounds with Associates/Managers, last two rounds with Partners, all remote interviews. Some unusual case studies but nothing out of the ordinary
