There was a phone screen, in person interview, 40 min aptitude test, 10 min behaviour test, and third test that was 10 mins long so an hour in total. I didn't hear back and I called them twice to follow up because they kept reposting the job and increasing the salary. They started the job with a measly 40k, and its in office work. They reposted the job at least 4 times with the final salary I saw being 56k. They kept saying "we don't know" when I followed up. We're in a terrible economy, we're all anxious, on top of all these ridiculous tests and an incredibly low salary, they couldn't even be honest about whether someone got the job or not.
We appreciate you sharing your interview experience with us and we want to extend our sincere apologies for the frustration you encountered. We understand that the interview process can be demanding as we go to lengths to ensure the best match between candidates and roles. As you observed, the business needs and job description you're referring to did evolve over the hiring period, which was reflected in the change in salary for the role. It's clear from your feedback that we did not communicate these changes with you effectively and we are genuinely sorry for this confusion. We have processes in place to provide timely updates to candidates and it's disappointing to hear that this didn't happen in your case. We always strive to improve and your feedback will help us to do that. Thank you for taking the time to share with us.
Kind Regards,
The Keilhauer Team
Initially a phone screening was done for 15 mins and then a half an hour interview. The HR Director and Manager were very kind and made you feel comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Keilhauer (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2019
Interview
It consisted of a phone interview followed by an in person interview then was offered a job. The process was pretty easy since they accommodated me since something came up.
