Good flow in the process. It started with a 30 min phone screening, very standard questions about background & experience. Clear communication from the recruiter in the beginning and middle stages of the process. The second interview was a video call with the Program Director. The interview was very straightforward and focused on knowledge for contingent workforce services and MSP program management. The interview was very successful and I was told to wait for feedback from the recruiter. Unfortunately, no final feedback was given.
