Was called 2 months ago about a position. Gave a 30 minute phone interview with HR. Was later called by HR 2 months after and was told to call back. I left a voicemail and was then sent an email asking to schedule another phone conversation. They send multiple reminders of the new scheduled interview, but ended up never calling. Looks bad on management & company to miss their own interviews

Interview
Phone screen, then two video interviews with the hiring managers. The process went very quickly and smoothly. Heavy emphasis on coding project experience and whether you have experience with core data analysis principles. Interviews with hiring managers were fairly technical to verify the veracity of purported experience. If they like you, you'll know very clearly. The in-house recruiter I worked with was very communicative at every stage of the process, which brought a lot of peace of mind.

I applied online through Kemper website and got an email to arrange a phone interview. After the phone interview, got another arrangement to speak to the hiring manager. I am waiting for arrangement to on-site interview. I will update later.
