Applied on web site, then was invited by Melissa from HR for phone interview. Routine STARS questions. Next step was advise they set me up for Zoom interview with claim Manager. Within two days received offer. I completed background check and accepted offer. The entire process was very quick and smooth.

Typical quick phone interview and face-to-face a week later with a female and a male employee conducting the interview. Lady interviewer, i could tell by how many times her eyes rolled while i answered her questions, she obviously did not care to be present or did not care for me...could not figure her out , asked the same question 4 times worded differently. Man next to her was who i spoke with on the phone a few times prior, he was kind and welcoming. once interview ended 45 min after it began, i was told i would hear back from the HR department of KEMPER for the next steps with in 2weeks...have yet to hear anything back and this was a month ago as of now.

First phone interview. Then you get invited for the panel interview with 2 or 3 MD Managers. Interview is behavioral based questions.After 3 weeks they called me to offer me the job
