I applied through other source. I interviewed at Kemper
Interview
I applied for the position via their website and received a message from a recruiter on LinkedIn who didn't seem to know I applied via their website.
The recruiter refused to communicate via email and said they only text or communicate via LI, as they receive too many emails. The phone screen was informal but over an hour long and consisted of the recruiter rambling about Kemper. There was no meeting scheduled, they just asked when they could call.
I was told I would hear back in a week or two and to follow-up via text. This all seemed sketchy.
I followed up twice and was told I would hear back but ended up ghosted. In hindsight, I'm not even sure the person works there and this wasn't some sort of scam.

Interview
In a nutshell, it was disappointing.
I applied for this position on the Kemper website and received a message from a recruiter via LinkedIn who didn't seem to be aware of my formal application.
The recruiter refused to communicate via email, insisting on text, or LinkedIn Messaging. We scheduled a phone interview where he spent most of the time vomiting Kemper Auto at me, asked a few basic questions, and said I would hear from someone via email to schedule an interview with the hiring manager.
I followed up via text, and only received vague promises of hearing back soon. I never heard back. In hindsight, the entire situation was sketchy, and I'm not sure if this person works for Kemper.
