      Server/Waitress Interview

      27 Jan 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Tyler, TX
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ken's Pizza (Tyler, TX) in Nov 2014

      Interview

There was simply a referral from a friend so I went up to the front desk the next day and asked for an application.. The guy that gave it to me was the general manager so I filled out the application he asked me instantly what days that I would be available and when I could start. No comments or questions of past employment just when could I start.. Granted, my friend worked there and might have pulled a few ropes but he still to this day uses this method of questioning as a so called interview.
