Quick response on job application. SW department lead herself responded for setting up the intro talk which was nice. There was no coding challenge. Did not manage to go beyond the Intro talk so no idea what Kewazo afterwards in the interview process.

Question 1
This is the most disappointing part. There was no intention of hiring. The guy just straight up said you don't fit into this role. Ok understandable, but then don't invite me to an intro talk if you don't find CV interesting.
