They do an English and Maths test which was stressfull. This is a grade 8,9,10 to matriculation test. You must know you maths and english well. Because you get tested on the spot have only 2 hours to complete it. If you do badly you are not considered for any vacancies. If you do well you are considered for every opportunity that becomes available.
The first interview is general one with maths and english test. Once you pass this section the second is a panel interview at their head office in pinetown. The final interview is with Directors, Ceo and reporting manager. Thereafter if you are successfull you will be given an offer.
