After having passed tests and first round interviews successfully (incl. the one with the Country manager), we got to the case study. Real business questions very likely they were searching answers to. After submission of a detailed document, on which I have worked for days, silence followed. It was unlike the previous (fast) stages, so after 3weeks I dropped an email asking for feedback. Both HR contacts I had had their email addresses CHANGED. they were not valid anymore! I felt used. I felt like they were only looking to collect insights and ideas from experienced professionals on the market. A company that treats new candidates this way says miles about how they may treat employees and surely says a lot about their brand! Not to be trusted.
