A very exploitative and confused interview process in my opinion. Had us(shortlisted candidates) go through a one week training at their offices prior to getting an offer. The recruiters lied about the offer details during the training and only disclosed the real details after an assessment based on the training. A very bad offer, by the way, working Monday to Saturday for Ksh.25K gross monthly pay.
The recruitment process is an absolute waste of the applicant's time and financial resources, spending time and money to get to their trainings only to discover that your hopes were set high for a lie. Would not recommend
