Focused on soft skills alot, not super welcoming but an interesting conversation. lasted like 1 hour over the phone. I didnt make it through the first round so dont know what the next rounds are like

They gave an example of a workplace conflict and asked how I would attempt to resolve the conflict
Really great interviewer that was interested in both experience and behavioral. Seemed very committed to company culture. Was honest about success and room for growth overall. Followed by another manager, who was very kind.
