Will receive phone call for one to one Direct interaction with HR Head and then if offer accepted you will receive offer letter photo on mail and then appointment letter will get sign and accepted by applicant then HR will collect it to get it signed by CEO and you can join. but if CEO signs your appointment letter only then you will be officially appointed as employee.
