The process was great and moved along at an appropriate pace. Generally over the course of six weeks, the following occurred: HR screener, interview with to-be boss, interview with two peers, interview with direct report HR was super responsive and the meetings were all held over Zoom which was very helpful. I thought the process was fair and found it very beneficial to meet would-be peers and team members, helped give a sense of the culture and personalities.
