The process was organized but extremely time consuming (5 formal interviews and 5 informal recruiter screenings/preps totaling 4.5 hours, not including my prep time for each interview). You have a dedicated in-house recruiter who prepares you for each interviewer which was very helpful. I went through multiple rounds of interviews over the course of a few weeks. Most of them were straightforward, the last one was difficult. It seemed by then I didn't get the job before the last interview began, so there is definitely a forced formality for the process. This seems to be commonplace for Klaviyo as most of the glassdoor reviews about the process were similar.
