I was interviewed in June 2023 and at the time of writing I do not yet know the final result. First of all I would like to mention the hr specialist's work. They are very polite, attentive and kind. As for the technical part of the interview, I would note the following: the scope is quite large, they ask about many areas (in general this is rather a plus, so they can get the full picture), they have prepared questions (some in the form of tests), which in my opinion is also rather good. The questions themselves vary in level from easy to advanced. The forum entries are quite clear, with no obvious intent to confuse. The big downside (in my opinion) is that the interviewer does not say whether you answered correctly or not, he just moves on to the next question, which only increases the psychological tension. Also take to the account the test format and the race for time. This is probably due to the large volume of questions (as I wrote above), but I've had to participate in interviews where the interviewer helps you feel more relaxed and I think it's good practice. In short, it's like a standard interview. Btw, there was no live coding.
