Interview
First round with director of Operations (phone interview) est. 30 mins but mine went over Second round with team and in person . It was nice to meet in person to get a feel for the environment that I was walking into. Overall fairly smooth interview process. I did notice they do have two dogs at the office up in Cleveland.
