I've had my fair share of bad interviews, but this place was not one of them. Their process was 10/10 It was pretty quick and it was an extremely smooth process(span of 4 days), I had a phone screen and a interview with the different managers. Of course you would need to know the technical knowledge for the interview. For me it leaned more behavioral with a little bit of technical. I usually feel nervous in interviews, the managers were very forgiving and knew the point I was trying to make and understood the concept I was trying to relay. The interview itself didn't feel like you we're under pressure, if anything I felt pressure on myself for not explaining enough or asking enough questions. I honestly started having a side conversation because of having a common hobby with one of the managers and no one even complained or said to stay on topic. Overall it was a extremely pleasant experience with the interview process. I accepted offer immediately knowing that I would be working with them.
