Interview
The process was speedy and the communication was direct and good. After the application was received, there was an initial video call, a meeting with an engineer, another behavior interview. The whole process was no longer than 2 weeks and there was sufficient time to decide if this was the right opportunity.

Interview
It was casual and relaxed; we had conversations about UX and how it fits into the culture. Our interview was conducted via video chat and we also reviewed my work. Unlike other interviews, it wasn't super, uncomfortably formal or unnatural.
