We appreciate your opinion so thank you for your honest feedback. It sounds like there was a breakdown in communication and a delay in interview scheduling. We try our best to determine the delays ahead of time so we can provide clear expectations to candidates. However, sometimes scheduling interviews can be tough with multiple candidates and schedules. Our best practice is to provide an overview of the process and set expectations for timing in the first interview. Providing those expectations earlier in the process would have been helpful in this case. We will be mindful of that moving forward.
