1)First applied online through internships website, was asked to submit a writing sample of about 500 words along with CV. 2) Upon selection, was called for an interview at their office. 3) Interview was guided by what was written in the CV and your areas of interest.

It was via a 15 minute phone call, very chill and casual. The interviewer was extremely friendly and helpful and was not trying to scare me or make me nervous in any way.
