Interview
I applied on a career site, was contacted about a week and a half later to schedule the phone interview. I was asked some generic questions, such as my background, describing my ideal work environment, ideal boss, greatest weakness, biggest struggle, and goals. The interviewer also asked about the projects that I worked on as well as my knowledge of certain tools like AutoCAD.
