      Interview

      There was an online questionnaire. Then a video call with the COO. They record the interview. I viewed the YouTube interviews of the CEO and COO. They seemed to be not confident and immature. Infact I got the feeling the COO didn't know to ask the right questions for the position.

      Interview

      The interview process was thorough, in depth and a very positive experience. The steps included an online exam, video interview, a 2.5 hour in person interview at the Capital Factory with the COO and CEO, a second video interview with the Director of Sales, reference checks and a job offer that I happily accepted! The overall process took about one month. Everyone I interviewed with was very passionate about Kompyte, professional and clear on next steps. I also really appreciated their willingness to conduct the in-person interview on a Sunday to accommodate my busy work schedule.
