the interview was divided into 2 parts. the first part was a 30 mins Zoom call and been ask very general questions. second part was a full day exam, Kono will send you a test/exam, with 3 different design question and you need to draw it with rendering, detail drawing, plan, section and elevations in one day. totally unreasonable, and crazy.
