Setup communication for the interview itself was great. The actual interview was quite poorly conducted in my opinion. Leadership seem quite Jr. and the expectations for what an actual Motion Designer would do day to day at Konrad seems rather scattered. Expectations not only lay in video and animation but doing UX wireframes, digital page builds, app transitions etc. Basically jack of all trades and master of none. I got the feel that I wouldn't be doing a ton of video based motion design and as a result the interview was short since neither side of the conversation was really keen on the position.
