I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Korn Ferry (London, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
Met with Head of Research in London where he described the structure of the business and which teams had room to hire. We then discussed which sector teams would suit my skillset and personality best, and he set up interviews with two relevant team heads. A week later I had two consecutive interviews with sector heads and a relevant senior member of the team. I was then asked to meet more people of the teams.
It was a good process, went pretty smoothly. I met the TA, then the department heads and had to go through the assessment. It was over 3 weeks to offer stage.
