Applied through job site, got an email later that week asking to set up a phone interview. Received phone interview from the head of the department I was applying for, asking a few routine questions about experience and why I would like to work for them. Was invited for an in person interview later that week. That was more of a general introduction to the company, a deeper explanation of what they do, and more questions about my experience and what would make me a good match for them. Was offered the position after my interview.
