Application, video interview, online webinar and assessment day. I found the application process horrendous, especially after the video interview stage where they invite you to an online webinar. I had a call from a hiring manager promising that I would get into the assessment centre if I attended the online webinar. I sent an email to the talent team if I could get an update however, they ghosted me and sent me an email a week later telling me that I didn't get through the assessment centre stage. I would advise all graduates that are applying for this scheme to be mindful, and that the talent team are completely unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend applying for this organisation again.
