Interview
I interviewed to be an intern here. Recorded a video of myself telling a little about me and you had to give social media ideas as well. The final interview was fine some of the questions were a little out there. I’m going to be honest I don’t think they offered anyone an internship and it’s been over 4 weeks now so it seemed like a scam for them to get free social media ideas, not a good look for a boutique.

We are still in the process of selecting our summer interns. A few candidates have had some scheduling conflicts so our process has taken longer than anticipated, but it looks like our team has responded to all applicants who have followed-up after their individual interviews.
In regards to the application process, we believe it is important for us to get to know all applicants other than what is on a resume, so our interview process might look a little different than other companies! We also add an element to our application process to help each applicant showcase their creativity since that is a key quality needed for our internship program.
