Three interviews: Hr, Brand manager, Marketing Director, Country Manager
Hr questions were classic, why do you want to work for us? what do you know about us? previous experience etc.
Brand manager and Marketing Director were in the same interview and asked about my ideas, gave me different challenges about problem solving in a marketing campaign and questioned me on basic marketing interview questions.

Product Knowledge from a couple of brands with products missing descriptions.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
