I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L'Oréal (London, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
Face to face meeting with the brand manager. The interview was rather fluid branching from the manager describing his needs, to how I could assist, my experience, the tools, and a demo on what I did before. He went into a lot of detail to describe the current business context, and what he wanted to achieve from my work.

Question 1
The manager asked me how I would approach the issues they were having.
Processo muito tranquilo, a entrevista seguiu o padrão e depois teve un teste e uma entrevista com a md da área que também seguiu o padrão e teve um teste também.
It was very fluid. I could schedule all interviews one after another with no issues. Questions were very accurate but could have been clearer. All interviewers were actually interested into learning more about my skills and what I could bring to the company.
